Jacquelyn R. Satmary, Esq. is a Florida licensed attorney and a partner at Fauntleroy & Satmary, P.A., specializing in first-party property claims, general civil litigation, and estate planning. She holds a Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, where she excelled by making the Dean's List and Honor Roll, and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of South Florida.

Licensed in Florida since 2015, Ms. Satmary has honed her legal expertise in various areas of law, including estate planning, probate law, and first-party property claims. Her career began with significant roles as an associate attorney, where she developed a deep understanding of the complexities of legal planning and the challenges individuals face when dealing with the loss of family members or navigating the legal system.

Driven by her experiences with clients struggling with inadequate estate plans and the hardships faced by property owners in disputes with insurance companies, Ms. Satmary co-founded her firm in 2020. Ms. Satmary’s passion remains with first-party property and estate planning—key areas she believes are crucial yet often neglected in legal practice.
